This website is but one communication tool we hope to use to keep the Warsaw school community informed regarding the activities in our schools.Over the years, Warsaw Community Schools has been known for the quality of its educational programs and a tradition of excellence. We appreciate the importance our staff has placed upon helping each and every child succeed. Recently the Warsaw Community Schools’ Board of School Trustees adopted a strategic plan that builds on this tradition of excellence while raising expectations for all staff and students. Through shared commitment, thoughtful planning and by developing a stronger accountability system, we believe our community can continue to improve the educational programs offered by Warsaw Community Schools. Our staff is committed to developing and reviewing our instructional methods to better meet the individual learning needs of all students. We recognize that as parents, grandparents and patrons, your children - our students - are our most important possessions, and we will treat them as such. We also understand the role parents play in the educational success of their children and the need for an active partnership between home and school.

All students in our district are benefiting from our partnership with EMBARQ this school year!
EMBARQ has provided the entire district with a video-on-demand tool, known as Core Curriculum Content (CCC!), developed by New Dimension Media out of Chicago, Illinois. CCC! provides K-12 students with educational videos featuring video, audio, animation and text resources that allow instructors in the classroom to provide high-quality media support to existing grade-appropriate curriculums. All videos are correlated to state standards to further support our existing curriculum.
Warsaw Community Schools is proud to be the first school system in EMBARQ territory to benefit from the video-on-demand program.
"Being in a position to assist in enriching the learning experience in Warsaw Community Schools is something that we are very proud of," said Jack Moore, EMBARQ public affairs manager. "Spending our time, energy and resources for something that impacts our communities and our customers' lives is very satisfying to everyone associated with EMBARQ. EMBARQ is at the convergence of innovation and common sense, so bringing tomorrow's technology to today's classroom is very exciting."
The three-year agreement will put the revolutionary teaching product in all Warsaw schools at no charge for the life of the agreement. CCC!! features video, audio, animation and text resources that allow instructors in the classroom to provide high-quality media support to existing grade-appropriate curriculums.
For example, a high school history teacher who is teaching a lesson on the Civil War can access video related to the Battle of Gettysburg, an animation file that illustrates battlefield positions, audio files with President Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, and text resources featuring newspaper reaction to the address.
"The world around us has changed so much over the last 30 years, especially when it comes to living with and utilizing technology in our everyday lives," Superintendent Dr. Rob Haworth of Warsaw Community Schools stated. "We are excited to be the first system that EMBARQ has partnered with in order to bring technology as a teaching tool into Warsaw classrooms. The benefit to our students is immeasurable."
